According to court records obtained by the Daily Mail, Kristin filed for divorce in a court in Portsmouth, New Hampshire on August 13.

“As soon as everything broke out, I received a series of messages from friends with only one word: karma. Everyone thought this was the price he had to pay. Personally, I don’t think Andrew was hurt, at most he just felt embarrassed.”

Kristin, 52, was previously spotted without her wedding ring in July.

Former Astronomer HR director Kristin first made headlines when she was spotted getting intimate with former Astronomer CEO Andy Byron at a Coldplay concert in July. When the kiss cam was shown on the big screen, the two quickly tried to avoid the camera. The unexpected reaction prompted singer Chris Martin to joke on stage that they might be shy or having an affair.

Shortly after, the media revealed that Kristin was still married to Privateer Rum CEO Andrew Cabot. According to real estate records previously published by The Post, Kristin and Andrew jointly own a $2.2 million, two-story New England-style home near the Atlantic coast in Rye, New Hampshire. The four-bedroom home was purchased by the couple in February 2023.
